Shivani Jaduram

Shivani is an associate who has experience in advising domestic and international clients on various aspects of commercial and corporate law.  She has experience working on major transactions and commercial contracts in the health, transport and energy sectors.  Shivani has also advised on mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment and compliance matters.
